Called to Order: 5:30 p.m.

House of Atredies: George has returned from his sabbatical and is excited to be back.

Sunfest: We were unable to get the Fall Equinox site. Carol to check with YMCA to see if they will relinquish the site for us to use. We currently have our original site reserved as a back up. Complaint letter has been abandoned; felt we couldn't write it in a good space. If we do have festival in same location, we will use our "Warriors" to protect space. Utilize them for a circle of protection.

Website: House info needs to be updated.

Dylan: Read the proposal but will keep the information for our group. This is being tabled until next meeting. All those interested in more information email Craig L. or Tina to be added to the discussion list. We are still in the discussion stage.

Brian - Investment: We must have our 501c3 status with the feds before we can start investing as a group.

501c3 Retreat: We will try to schedule for January. We have several documents to be filled out, approximately 10 hours of work. We might consider using the large lodge at the 4H camp to meet in. Each house should e-mail website with available weekends to try to meet.

Cookbook: Recipes are coming in. There has been some issues downloading the form from the website. This is being addressed.

OUTDATED Web Book: We have an outdated Web Design book. Can we sell to Powell's? All agree.

Winterfest: Reservations have been made at the 4H camp for the next Winterfest, 2005. The site coordinator will call during winter break to start scheduling food. Dancing Dragons is requesting any and all information about dragons. Spyder wants all decorating ideas.

Taxes: Need to file taxes because we made over $400. We will file for 2004.

Bank: Discussed account balances. Deposit was made for the Sunfest site reservation. Current balance is available upon request.

Tantric Temple: Amethyst still plans to do this for Winterfest and future festivals.

Open Ways: The Winterfest ad will be in the next two issues and posted on the website soon.

Loan/Promissory Note: Has been in contact although we haven't received any money. Apollo 77 will follow up.
