Called to Order: 9:45 a.m.

Winterfest: Information for the 4H Conference Center was discussed. Cost will be $68 per head, children under 5 are free, and meals are included. We will be required to bus tables; 4H will provide cooks and do the dishes. A small amount of wood is included for each night. We can either provide more wood or purchase from 4H. The facility will accommodate 20-200 people. All buildings are heated. The date was agreed upon as the first full weekend in February, February 6-8th. Current drawback is meals are at scheduled times: breakfast at 7:30 a.m., lunch at noon, dinner at 5:30 p.m. Tina will inquire about changing times of meals. All agreed to open Winterfest to families. Michael to send e-mail list of contacts within community to Tina. Deposit on facility is $100 or 25%. All agreed on price to charge of $75-$100 on a sliding scale. Tina and Wendy will handle registration. All agreed on Tina’s ritual for Winterfest, price, place, Tina will write letter to Open Ways regarding Winterfest, and placing ad for Winterfest in Open Ways. Tina to design ad and send immediately to meet deadline. Fieldtrip to the location will be scheduled ASAP. Tina to notify all as to when.

Christina: Stepping out of OWOW. Jennifer was asked to fill the secretary position. All agreed.

Michael – Pan’s Patch: Michael will be stepping out of OWOW upon the first submittal of the 501C3 to the federal government for approval. All subsequent submittals will be the responsibility of OWOW. Joel’s intention is unclear at this time, but all expressed their desire for him to remain with OWOW. Nathan will assist Michael with the completion of the 501C3.

Dancing Dragon: Hawthorn Circle is sponsoring House of the Dancing Dragons. All agreed.

Treasurer: Wendy has the checkbook. Current balance $13,112.64. A deposit from Sunfest 03 still needs to be made. Michael will be handing over all Treasurer information and past information to Wendy.

Doug -- Notebook: Wendy has been unable to get him on the phone. Will try to coordinate with him to meet with Jen to exchange as they both work downtown.

Sunfest 2004: Cheryl Ruff & Chrissy LaVielle are working on an Italian Tradition ritual for submission as the Sunfest 2004 ritual. Brian was also going to work on possible ritual for Sunfest. Brian would love to allow Community members to present the ritual. All agreed.

Mail Box Key: Names were changed on the list. Mail was picked up.

Nono & Spider: Carol brought Nono and Spider to observe the meeting to decide if they are interested in joining OWOW.
