Called to Order: 9:35 a.m.

Next meeting: The next meeting will be December 20, 2003, at Hawthorn Circle, 9:00 a.m. Cheryl Ruff will do the Winterfest Ritual as a beginning to Sunfest Ritual. Chrissy will not be able to attend. Cheryl would like to attend on a barter system. If she is employed at the time of Winterfest, she will gladly pay.

Registration/Contract: Reading of the contract. There is only one section that causes dissention within the group, the section allowing the 4H to video portions of our stay. All agree this will not be acceptable. Tina to investigate, but does not think this will be a problem to exclude in the contract. All approve contract without the video clause. Wendy will check on insurance to meet the requirement for Winterfest. Family and Adult areas set up.

Committees for Festival: All agreed that same positions for Winterfest and Sunfest.
Event Coordinators: Carol & Jen
Quartermasters: Brian & James
Registration: Tina & Wendy
Tina will work on having a rough draft of the festival packet for the next meeting. Question was brought up if there was a need for work exchange. This will be discussed further at the next meeting. Question was brought up as to how the Observers and Sponsored Houses will pay. Observer House at Sunfest also had Work Exchange. This will be discussed further at the next meeting.
