Called to Order: 3:00 p.m.

Winterfest: No responses, one inquiry. Discussion as to canceling Winterfest due to no interest. We can use that time to do our 501c3 retreat. Tentative vote taken, no dissention. Official vote count passed on 11/24/04. All votes stand unless changed. To change vote, e-mail to OWOW at hotmail.

Dylan: Pulled his offer.

Tree Farm Fundraising: More info to come from Craig. To be discussed more completely at the retreat.

Check: A former member house found a check for $25 from 2003. Check to be shreaded.

Promissory Note: They are responding to e-mails, but they haven't paid anything. Discussion, suggested to meet with her and offer her a payment plan. $100 on months that she gets financial aid and $30 on all other months until paid in full. Dancing Dragons to try to schedule meeting.

Brian - Ritual: Working with Nathan, Jamie and Norman.

Treasury: Balance read. Shady Grove looking to back out of OWOW due to scheduling restraints. Dancing Dragons (Jen) to start taking over treasurer responsibilities.

Retreat: Saturday, February 5th at Nono's. Everyone to bring main dish and munchies as well as own beverages.

Open Ways: Advertising Committee to send cancellation notice regarding Winterfest.

Website: Only one house has sent in their update. Please send in brief synopses.
