Resignation Letter/ Sabbatical/ Festival Attendance Standing Stones: Resignation letter sent to OWOW from a member of Standing Stones on April 21, 2006. Sabbatical Request from Standing Stones; they need to send in written notice. Attendance to festival discussed.

Work Exchange: At least 10 people needed; six applications already received.

Website: Bios needed from Apollo 77, Valley of Rolling Mist. Need to post that Standing Stones is on Sabbatical. Please add e-mail address to registration page on PayPal.

Non-Paying Festival Attendees: Discussion regarding people who are not able to pay or do work exchange. Suggested possible advertisement in Open Ways and Windershins for applicants and people who want to sponsor them. Could also place info on the Website.

Registration: No new registrations; 20 people as of now.

Shrines (God & Goddess): Root Chakra banner completed. Goddess shrine by Carol, NoNo & Ellen; God Shrine by Anton, George & Matty.

Ritual: Coming along nicely. Needs male and female energy (Grove or Coven) for opening and closing ritual. Opening Ritual by Carol, NoNo and Ellen; Closing Ritual by Anton, George & Matty.

Aurora Windancer: Aurora would like to start observing.

Jobs: Get the better of the two first aid kits. Walkie-talkies are being picked up today.

Next Year's Ritual: Options:
Dougie could create ritual on site. Aurora is interested in doing an Alice in Wonderland in 2 years. Ritual outline by next meeting so that it can be announced at Sunfest.
