Called to Order: 3:13 p.m.

Coffee: Request was made for OWOW to provide coffee at the main lodge including sugar and creamer. All agreed.

Treasurer: Balance given.

Insurance: Brian purchased a one-year policy that includes a molestation clause. Total cost is $417 and is a $1 Million policy. Insurance is through American Family Insurance.

Vests: Jennifer and NoNo to meet and purchase the vests after closing of meeting.

Parking/Lodging: Parking is a concern due to the limited space allowed. Camp Melacoma has stated they will work with us to find outside parking if need be. Also parking on the grounds may be an option. We won't know until we arrive on site and determine how wet the grounds are. Discussed where each house will be lodged.

Tantric Temple: Sienna and Feathers will put up the Golden Nipple. They will maintain and keep it clean.

Registration: We are full; each house must sign up for three hoursof gate duty. Observing Houses/Members must sign up with an existing Board Member.

Lifeguard: Jamie has completed his certification. There has been a request for adult-only time at the pool. Jennifer and Jamie to coordinate pool times. NoNo suggested bringing tapestries to cover the fence area around the pool especially during adult swim. We also need to verify that the pool has lighting. We can't have an open pool in the dark without pool lighting.

Equipment List: Anyone needing equipment transported see the quartermasters: Jamie, James or Nathan. We will be using Hawthorn Circle's flatbed trailer so we won't have to rent a truck this year.

Toad Hollow: Brian spoke with Toad Hollow and invited them to return to SunFest. They can't attend this year due to family commitments, but will consider attending next year.

Webpage: Our new webpage is currently being designed. Houses will need to forward an updated House Bio. The site should be up and running shortly after SunFest.

SunFest Closing: Sunday, June 26th, 3:00 p.m., Hawthorn Circle. Please bring all documents/reimbursement requests needed to finalize SunFest. If you don't have any pertinent information to finalizing SunFest you are not required to attend this meeting. Our next meeting will be in September; date to be determined.
