Next Meeting: Hawthorn Circle, June 9th,10 a.m.

Concessions - Movie Night
Hawthorn Circle to pick up pop and water to provide at cost or just above. Hawthorn Circle and VII Firs Grove to meet Friday to set up for movie so we can just plug and play. Will try to use the screen from Dancing Dragons and also pick up a king size sheet for a backup. Will also have popcorn and microwave available.

Kids' Activities
Meredith has a fabulous idea for kids to make cards to dress up as a deck of cards. There was also a posting to Tribe regarding Kids' Crafts. Discussion followed regarding this. Kids' Craft budget to max at $50.

Nathan: Please bring all items needing transport to the site to the next meeting.

Workshops
Three one-hour workshops having to do with ritual to be scheduled on Saturday: Connecting with Your Inner Child by Og & Elaine at 11:00 a.m.; Archetypes of Ritual by Aurora at noon; Pagan Parenting by Wendy & Tina at 1:00 p.m. There will also be three workshops scheduled on Friday presented by Taylor Ellwood and Lupa. They are The Importance of Communication and Service in Community (both), Technology and Magick (Taylor) and Every Little Bit Counts: Everyday (Lupa). There will also be a drumming workshop that will be held when "Spirit Commands."

Tantric Temple: Hawthorn Circle to contact a possible person to host the Tantric Temple.

Tina: Will try to coordinate clothing swap with Movie Night. Also discussed having soldiers' contribution boxes at Movie Nights for contributions.

Work Exchange: It was determined we have six positions available for work exchange this year.
