Called to Order: 7:30 p.m.

Nono & Spyder: Spyder not in attendance. As per Nono they have decided to do separate Houses and Nono is requesting sponsorship. Apollo 77 will sponsor Nono. House name to be announced later. Spyder’s decision to be tabled until next meeting.

Melinda Hunt: Sent letter informing her she will not be attending festival. Cheryl Ruff has taken care of her position in ritual.

Tina – Wood: We have been offered a donation of a cord of wood for Sunfest. We must arrange transportation of it.

Work Exchange: There are five slots for work exchange and seven requests. Open discussion and selecting of positions. The following will be giving work exchange position to Sunfest: Aaron and Mate, Meredith, Eric, and Greg.

Registration: We are allowed 175 attendees. We currently have four vendors and 100 registrants.

Festival Packet: Passed around for approval. No dissention

Job Descriptions: Passed around for approval. Changes to be made after festival.

Fundraising position for Sunfest: Jennifer to take on fundraiser responsibilities for Sunfest. She will go into community to request donation to our raffle. T-shirts will also be available for sale at this festival. There will be a fundraiser workshop to discuss ideas for a Pagan Cookbook. Also get the word out about the Service Auction for Winterfest. The raffle tickets will be $2 a piece or three for $5. There must be a minimum of $400 made to cover cost of glass piece already donated.

Carol – U-haul: Needs check for U-haul rental. We will be getting a 14' truck. We need it by the morning of the 16th and will return it Monday morning.

Asia – Field Games: Asia will coordinate with Tina the times for the field games. We will have several different games available. All Houses are asked to bring any lawn games they have.

Insurance: Wendy to get by the end of next week.

OWOW Storage: James to coordinate with Michael to get our stuff moved.

Firewood: James contacting someone in Silverton for more wood.

Next meeting: Sunday, June 13, 2004, 5:30 p.m., Potluck at Pan’s Patch
