Called to Order: 1:08 p.m.

Next Meeting: June 5th, 3:00 p.m., Hawthorn Circle, bring munchies

501c3: Still working on budget then ready to be mailed.

State Non Profit Annual Report: Needs to be sent in with yearly fee of $50.

Work Exchange Positions: Duties to include: cabin upkeep, kitchen, firewood, grounds, ritual, bathrooms, pool. We have had eight requests for work exchange; all approved.

Tantric Temple: Will be in a tent. Wendy to talk to Sienna in regards to the temple.
Vendors will be in setting up inside the Neiman Lodge. They will be setting up around the perimeter of the room.

Registration Concerns: Attendance count of 132 currently registered. A person has requested attendance. Several members of community have voiced concern about this person and this person has been excluded from some community activities due to this concern. Motion to exclude this person from SunFest. Four votes yes, one vote no. Letter to be sent and check included informing the person of the board's decision.
Parking will be scarce so carpooling will be stressed. Also, there will be no guarantee of fires being available due to weather/site constraints.

Meals: The Kitchen is huge and will be available and encourage for community use.

Insurance: $589 for the year for a $1,000,000 policy from American Family. Brian volunteered to be the new insurance guy.

Site Recruitment: Please for the meeting in August/September bring two alternate site locations for SunFest.

Vests: James to follow up with NoNo regarding purchase.

Standing Stones: Officially sponsored by Dancing Dragons.

Myst Wood: Hawthorn Circle has brought Myst Wood to begin observing.

Childcare: Amanda from Myst Wood to help with OWOW kids as her work exchange.

Lifeguard: Jennifer has completed her certification. Jamie's class to begin in two weeks.

Wineberg Lodge: Suggested to House Standing Stones/Hawthorn Circle/Dancing Dragons for ease of keeping track of OWOW kids.

First Aid Kit: Jennifer to go through before next meeting.

Smoking Areas: We will have butt cans outside of each building, two outside the main lodge, four at the main fire and four at the covered area. George to bring them from his restaurant. Notation will be made in the registration packet regarding no smoking on the trails or in between buildings.

Website: Nathan has determined he doesn't have the time to work on and maintain the website. George will be taking on responsibility of the website (his roommate Pakrat). Tina to meet with him to go over details. Tina will continue to distribute e-mail from the hotmail account as necessary.

Festival Job Assignments: Tina will e-mail them out to remind everyone of their duties.

Festival/Registration Packets: They will be completed this week and emailed out for 24 hour approval response. Will be printed and mailed within the week.

Ritual: Expenses no more than $500 have been approved.

Equipment List: Tiki torches, fuel, pavilion, tables, chairs. Tina to supply list for main gate/check in area. All to bring list of needed equipment to next meeting.

Toad Hollow: Tina to write or call them to invite them to return to festival.
