Called to Order: 10:10 a.m.

James Martin: Would like to attend OWOW meeting. Open discussion. Next meeting three houses may move to the next level. Dancing Dragon will become an official voting house and Nono and Spider may be sponsored. He maybe invited to the May meeting.

Heather Alexander: Would like to perform at Sunfest. Open discussion. Possible Bardic Circle and she can be part of the circle. Then she would be able to vend her CD’s at the Circle. Joel will set up the Bardic Circle and will organize it.

4-H Camp Update: We are registered for 2005 Winterfest.

Flyers: 113 mailed out.

Website Bill: $201.25 to be paid.

PO Box: Box is currently in a bad location. It isn’t open on the weekends, which is when Wendy can get there. After Sunfest, we will look at a new location. They are currently allowing a three-month renewal. We will renew for three months.

Registration Sunfest: No festival packet as yet. Tina will purchase postcards to go out for confirmation to people who have registered.

OWOW Storage: Brian & James to bring information to next meeting.

Sunfest 2005 location and dates: We will have a workshop to discuss with community about changing the location of Sunfest. This will allow us to present the location and get community input on the location. We will also look at lowering the price at another meeting.

Check Letters: Rose’s letter was sent back. Will get correct address to Cheryl Ruff. We haven’t had a response from anyone else.

Community Outreach – Linda: Carol has spoken to Linda and her family is on track to pay back by due date.

First Aid Person: Brian of Dancing Dragon will be our competent person at festival. If there is a need to use the EPI pens, we will ask Community to make donations to cover cost of new EPI pen.

Joel-Fundraising/Community Outreach Garden: This item has been shelved until after Sunfest. We will look at doing it next year.
