Previous Minutes: Approved

Next Meeting: April 16, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at House of Standing Stones. Kid-friendly potluck and egg hunt after meeting.

SunFest Committees

1. Kids Event (Tina, Laura & Asia): All is according to plan.

2. Site Coordinators (Carol & Matty): Walk through scheduled 3-26-06 at 1:00 p.m. Matt to confirm. We have a deposit of $300.00 due ASAP; will bring to walk though. Need to contact Flying M to cancel.

3. Fund Raising (Matty & Anton): Will contact vendors for raffle.

4. Hosts (NoNo, Anton & George): Radios needed. Nathan will price check for new radios and bring information to next meeting.

5. Quarter Masters (Nathan, Jamie, James & Eyrn): Get in touch with each other regarding Windward sight.

6. Registration (Jen & Eyrn): One person registered and all packets are going well.

7. Ritual (Tina): Coming along.

8. Work Exchange (George & Brian): We had seven work exchange workers last year. We can have around 300-500 people this year. Moved to accept up to 10 work exchangers because of larger site. No dissention. Matty spoke with Walt about wood and there's enough for all. MAGIC gave us a map and we will go over this map at walk through.

9. Workshops (Carol, Ellen & Amanda): Tina is going to give list to Ellen with who is already doing workshops. Ellen to get fliers from Laura to contact people as well.

10. First Aid (Jenn, NoNo, Jamie, Brian and Laura): Will have scheduled times so there is always a first aid person on hand. Possibly wear a special vest to stand out. Have a staff member with a first aid walkie-talkie on so all festival goers have a way to reach us at all times. Tina and Jenn to price first aid kits.

11. Talent/No Talent show (Laura, Tina & Amanda): All is going well.

Treasury: Bank of America is charging $1.50 for us to get the checks returned to us. Moved to cancel this program; no dissention.

Website: Houses that haven't sent bios are Apollo 77, Mystic Raven, and Valley of Rolling Mist. PayPal will be taken care of and registration is coming.

Address: The ad had the wrong address listed. Someone else owns the old PO box we had and it has been too long to put in a change of address. Tina did give forward info to post office just in case. Jamie will put in a change of address to see if it works.

Old OWOW Documents: A past board member forwarded old registration and such. Laura to go through these to get all addresses.

Vendors: Vendors have concerns about damage to their things due to dust at Windward site. We will check out different areas when at walk though and talk to local fire department to see if they may spray the vendor sight before hand.

New House to Observe: Shanta works with Carol; asked to come to the next meeting.

Work Party: Ritual Charka Banners work party at Apollo 77 at noon, Saturday the 25th.
