Called to Order: 4:24 p.m.

Next Meeting: June 25, 2006 at Apollo 77 at 9:00 a.m. SunFest closing; receipt turn in.

Observing: Aurora Windancer is beginning her observation. Her house name will be Windancer House. KaTerra is beginning her observation. She will be joining VII Firs Grove.

SunFest Jobs

Kids Events (Tina & Ellen): One work exchange for kids events; everything is covered.

Site Coordinators (Matty & Carol): Will call to verify that we are coming on to the site Wednesday.

Vendors, Auctions and Raffle (Matty & Anton): Five vendors so far.

Hosts (Nathan, NoNo & George): Will meet after meeting for requirements.

Quarter Masters (Nathan, James): Every job needs to make an item list of things they need. Magic has offered the use of signs and water jugs for sinks. Asking donation; no dissention.

Registration (Jen): Sign up for gate duty. Festival packet needs to remove showers as there is a plumbing issue. Add that there is registration at the gate. Working on a schedule of events.

Ritual (Tina): Is coming along nicely. Ritual cost and budget were discussed.

Work Exchange (George, Brian): Six total requests. Duties to include bathrooms to bemaintained, and cigarettes put in correct areas. Open discussion.

First Aid (Jen, NoNo, Brian): Time slot sign up; Samuel Grim said he will volunteer his help.

Talent/No Talent (Tina & Aurora): Working on it.

2007 Ritual: Windancer House proposed Wonderland - Through the Looking Glass. Open discussion. Move to accept for next ritual SunFest 2007; no dissention.

House Updates: Mystic Raven is now an official voting house. Welcome Mystic Raven. Myst Wood would like to split into two houses. Eryn will maintain Myst Wood house name and Amanda would like to be her own house. Open discussion. Eryn will remain with observation and sponsorship intact. Amanda may start observation if she so chooses. Tina to discussion options with Amanda.

Questionnaire: Discussion regarding questions to be included.

501c3: The IRS is behind on things, so haven't begun to process our paperwork. They believe it should be another three months.

Children - Litter Detail: Jennifer suggested utilizing the children to help keep the site clean. This will also teach them the importance of taking care of Mother Earth and leaving our sites better than we find them. Children to be offered light sticks for helping to pick up site litter. Open discussion; no dissention.
