Called to Order: 5:45 p.m.

Sunfest Closure: Apollo 77 will be writing letter to be approved by the Board in complaint of State Trooper at Sunfest. Letter to be submitted to Open Ways with a note encouraging attendees to write in. If we change locations for next year as suggested we try to coordinate moving the God and Goddess shrines to the new location.

Cast for Next Year: All positions will stay the same with upcoming changes to be noted at a later date.

Site for 2005: Possible sites include the 4H camp in Salem or the Fall Equinox site. Open discussion. All agreed to select the Fall Equinox site unless an emergency meeting is called for selection of an alternate location.

Winterfest Ad: Tina will submit to Open Ways. $75 for kids, $85 for adults in cabin, $95 for a premium cottage. To reserve an entire cottage for a clan there will be an additional $160 added to the $815 base fee. These are 16 person cottages.
Vendor will be able to participate at a bazaar on Saturday from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. They will also be able to vend out of their own space. $10 vending fee.

Non-Profit/501c3: Our Non-profit status from the State of Oregon has been approved under the name of Other Worlds of Wonder. We will move forward on the national 501c3.

Snake/Balor: These are old props. All agreed to recycle all parts that we can.

House of Standing Stones: House of Dancing Dragons has requested that House of Standing Stones be allowed to start observing. Jamie and Laura would like to start observing at the next meeting in September.

Emma's Reimbursement: Emma requested a reimbursement for her registration, as she was not allowed to attend due to her sick pet. Unfortunately, she didn't notify the board in the required amount of time and therefore her request must be denied.

Request for Assistance: A request has been made on Emma's behalf for a grant of $135 to help cover the cost of her medical bills. Open discussion, no dissention. The Grant will be made.

Tantric Temple: Amethyst was unable to attend Sunfest this year. We do have a line on a possible backup. Apollo 77 to reconfirm this information.

Open Ways: We have paid for for half-page ads and four full-page ads. Joel will do the next ad announcing our approved Non-profit status for the state of Oregon.
