Called to Order: 3:20 p.m.

Next Meeting: July 31st, 2005 12:00 p.m., BBQ at Dancing Dragons, kids welcome, bring stuff to BBQ, sides, and beverages.

New Site Info: All houses to bring at least one suggestion or idea for a new location for SunFest 2006. We want to make a decision by September.

Site Issues: Issues and concerns for this site were discussed.

Open Ways Ad: NoNo to contact Pam and find out what ad space we have left and when we need to renew our ads. She will also write a thank you letter to community and work exchange for all of their fantastic help this year. All work exchangers worked very hard, were the best slaves we've had in a long time. All will be encouraged to apply again.

Thank You Cards: Jennifer to send out thank you card to all work exchangers for their hard work and to Cat for her help with vendors.

Next Ritual: Open discussion about possible next ritual. Tabled until next meeting
