Called to Order: 9:10 a.m.

Next Meeting: July 23, 2006 at Dancing Dragons at 10:30a.m. BBQ and Potluck to follow, including trampoline and water activities, so bring swimsuits. Please bring your own meat and side dish to share and beverages of choice. Children welcome, Groupie-Gypsy to provide childcare during meeting.

Service Auction: We will have a Service Auction on Sunday July 16 at the Pagan Family Reunion at Creston Park. Eryn is responsible for this Fundraiser.

Magickal Name: Open discussion about using our full magickal name. It has power and we should be using it rather than OWOW.

Yahoo Group: To encourage our community to communicate and participate in Other World activities and fundraisers, Tina is going to start a Yahoo Group.

Tribe: To encourage our community to communicate and participate in Other World activities and fundraisers, Aurora is going to start a Tribe.

SunFest 2007: If all agree to have next SunFest location at Windward or like location, considerate of cost, then there is a motion to reduce our rates. All those returning from 2005 or 2006 will receive a reduced cost of $45 per person; new registrars will be $50. Children 6-17 will be $20. Vending will be $10 per booth. We can also have a work party for the work exchange participants the weekend before to gather wood, set up props, etc. Other Worlds will reimburse for gas for those that go for the weekend and pay for them to stay on the site. Staff should plan to stay until Monday, utilizing Sunday to first pack all of Other Worlds of Wonder supplies and then to pack their own sites on Monday. It was requested that we also consider smudging participants and staff upon entering the site (to help cleanse and release the mundane world) and again when they leave to help ground. Open discussion. All members in attendance will discuss with houses not able to attend so we may vote at next meeting.
