501c3: Looked over forms, open discussion. Approved to be submitted on Monday.

Wendy Bird: Read request letter. According to bylaws and federal paperwork, we cannot legally grant the request. We are legally bound by the 501c3 paperwork being processed.

Treasurer Reports: Need various missing Sunfest receipts. Please try to have them by the next meeting. Received a refund letter. More information is needed as to why the request was made, issue tabled until next meeting. Expecting a refund from Insurance and Reservations NW for deposit. Current balance given.

Camp Fire: We have received a $200 refund. We have been unable to connect with Jody but we will in order to continue to pursue this.

Ritual: Open discussion regarding next ritual. All agreed that the Chakra Ritual will be used.

Site Discussion: Open discussion, tabled until next meeting.

Underage Drinking: Passed out the information from Tribe. Tabled until next meeting.

Winterfest: Open discussion.

Fundraising: Discussed hosting a spaghetti feast, pancake breakfast, Sweet Tomatoes. Fundraising committee was reformed: Tina, Laura, Carol, Jamie, Matty.
