Sunfest Site: Mystic Raven will meet with the operations people on 1/10/06 to go over questions regarding the facility. As the site is pending a sale, we can't reserve the site and no deposit can be made until the sale concludes. Both sides of the creek to be reserved, as well as the location past the blackberry bushes. Questions to ask include; toilets/shower, garbage, bridge permanence and length, staff to arrive on Wednesday and electricity.

Underage Drinking: Open discussion. Myst Wood to start a Tribe message addressing our discussion of underage drinking. Possible letter to Open Ways regarding our discussions. Discussion tabled to next meeting.

By-Laws: Review of House disbandment rules.

Website: All Houses please forward to the WebMaster bio updates or images you want on the website. Festival information to be added to the site. Paypal info to be included in ad and placed on the website.
Open Ways ad for Sunfest is going into the next issue.

Festival Packet: Jen and Eryn are handling the festival packets this year. There should only be some small changes made to the packet. There will be a section added for the underage drinking policy. Open discussion as to whether we will allow animals at SunFest. Issues to consider include insurance and legalities; tabled to next meeting.

Sponsorship: Myst Wood has been observing for six months and has been officially sponsored by Hawthorne Circle.

NWPLP: Open discussion; tabled until next meeting.

Brunch: Will meet on 2-26-06 for brunch to discuss why each are in OWOW, and what our goals and plans are. Place to be determined.
