Called to Order: 10:53 a.m.

Chateau NoNo: Effective immediately Chateau NoNo is an official voting House of OWOW.

Promissory Note: The phone number we have on file has been disconnected. Carol to try to get e-mail address. If unable to or no response to e-mail, then letter to be constructed. No dissention.

Spyder: Sent an e-mail withdrawing her request to join OWOW at this time due to time constraints.

Board Positions: 2005-2006 Board positions are as follows:
President: Tina, Hawthorn Circle
Vice President: NoNo, Chateau NoNo
Treasurer: Jennifer, Dancing Dragons
Co-Treasurer for signatory purposes: Nathan, Hawthorn Circle
Secretary: Jennifer, Dancing Dragons

Taxes: As the new Treasurer/Co-Treasurer, Jennifer and Nathan to work on.

Winterfest: Canceled the dates with the 4H. They still had us on their calendar, deposit money being returned.

Tina Request: Would like to have a Pagan Land Survey as part of the registration. Survey will be completely anonymous but will be required paperwork for registration at the gate for Sunfest.

Treasurer: Accounts haven't been divided yet. To be divided after account transfer to Jennifer. Jennifer also to request debit card/credit card for account.

Sunfest: Jen to get Event insurance. Cost: $70 per adult, $35 14-17 yrs, $2 per year for 13 and under. Ages 14 years and up are expected to donate time to community during festival. This will be included in the registration packet.

House of Convenience: Open discussion.

Next meeting: Sunday, March 27th, 12:30 p.m., Dancing Dragons, Bring munchies
