Called to Order: 9:25 AM

House of Atredies-George: George has requested to take a 6-month sabbatical. No dissention.

Insurance: Insurance cost $416.06 with a $500 deductible. Policy will not cover any type of fire damage. Policy covers up to 50 participants.

Official OWOW address: The official address with the bank has been changed to Hawthorn Circle. Nathan will be signed up as the cosigner to the account.

Mail: Wendy to check mailbox for registration tomorrow.

Registration: We have 17 confirmed registrants. We will not be using the upper cabins and bunkhouses due to the heavy storms. They have a lot of downed trees and branches.

Retreat: Tina suggested we take retreat time during Winterfest. This will enable us time to work on necessary projects, set up new committees, and cover our entrances cost for Winterfest. We will meet at Cascara, after breakfast from 9:30 a.m. until noon on Saturday February 7, 2004.

PO Box: No mail, due to the weather. Wendy paid for a key for our box and will make a copy for someone else to hold. Her key will be kept at Hawthorn Circle.

Tantric Temple: Amethyst and Windwoman will be setting up the Tantric Temple. They have offered to be responsible for the Tantric Temple at all OWOW festivals.

Coral Update: Michael has check in on Coral and she is recovering nicely and will not be requiring any assistance.

Next meeting: February 7, 2004, 9:30 a.m., Cascara Lodge, Winterfest. Reminder: This is a retreat meeting. We will confirm a date and time for the next meeting then.
