Called to Order: 11:45 a.m.

Flying M: Matty spoke with the contact person at Flying M and the sale is still pending. The wedding for Saturday is still booked. Motion to move sites to Windward, seconded, vote: no dissention. Site coordinators to make contact, and will contact Hawthorn Circle for number and contact person.

Mystic Raven: Started observing June 2005 and is now sponsored by Valley of Rolling Mist. Mystic Raven will become a voting house June 2006.

Valley of Rolling Mist: Anton started observing 12-12-04 and is now a voting member of that house.

501c3: The check for our 501c3 was cashed 1-16-06 and we should be hearing from them within 120 days.

Refund policy: We will continue with the refund policy as printed in the Open Ways, no refunds after June 1st .

Animals (pets beyond dogs): Motion, no pets due to liability and insurance problems, seconded, vote: no dissention.

Underage drinking: Information has not been posted to Tribe yet. Table for next meeting.

Website: Houses that haven't sent bios are Valley of Rolling Mist, Mystic Raven, Apollo 77 and Standing Stones please send ASAP. Dancing Dragon to send PayPal link.

Brunch: Date 2-26-06. Standing Stones to book a hall for us at a restaurant. Apollo 77 to ask teens for kid watch. Members to pay for food, a minimum of five dollars each.

Rate for Ritual Staff: Motion to allow ritual staff to pay cost for themselves and full price for family members. They can apply for work exchange for family members, seconded , vote: no dissention.
