Winterfest: Shadygrove to go onto Tribe and leave notice that Winterfest has been cancelled this year.

Spyder: Discussion as to her sponsorship. Pan's Patch to step out of OWOW therefore Spyder will need a new sponsor.

Chateau Nono: Anton is requesting to join Chateau Nono. He must observe for six months then he will be part of Chateau Nono.

Website: Nathan is still looking for Bios.

Retreat: Tina to pass out packets for retreat at next meeting. Retreat to be at Chateau Nono on February 5th starting at 10:00 a.m.

Sunfest: All OWOW members will be arriving on Wednesday before to meet and greet the Park staff. Discussion as to possible samples of staff ID to be worn for each member.
