Called to Order: 12:55 p.m.

Promissory Note: No e-mail address is available. Tina and Jen to compose letter and send to last known address.

Treasurer: Jen signed onto account. Will request debit card and credit card once appointed to account by bank (Wednesday). After 501c3 clears, will change mailing address to Dancing Dragons.

Taxes: to be done.

501c3: NoNo talked to 9HOGS, their paperwork went through as religious/other. Will pass on information to Tina.

Sunfest: A double page ad went out in the most recent copy of Open Ways. NoNo will bring laminated copies to post at Anarchist Beltane. Jennifer and Laura to do lifeguard certification. All agree that the board will pay for the certification. Jennifer showed croquet game for kid's games. All agreed to purchase another and to reimburse Jennifer for the one she purchased.

Cast for Sunfest: Add Asia to help kids crafts. George signed up to assist with Vendor/Raffles.

Childcare: Suggested to have Board provide Childcare for OWOW members during parent duties to festival. Open discussion. All to bring thoughts on who, hours, payment to next meeting. Tabled until next meeting.

Optional Lighting Methods: Tabled until tour of new facility.

Advertising Committee: In order to have as committee, must have three board members. George signed up.

Vests: NoNo was able to find safety vests with LED lights for $8 a vest if we purchase at least 25. $8 includes shipping. It was suggested to go in with 9HOGS to try for better pricing. NoNo will check with 9HOGS and with the vendor.

Talent/No-Talent Show: Laura will be main board member with Wendy helping as she has experience doing it in the past. We have a stage to perform on. Laura to work on fliers to go out.

Shadygrove: Will be leaving OWOW after the completion of Sunfest.

House of Convenience: Tabled until after Sunfest.

Recruiting: Brian talked to Ellen about her and Matt considering joining. Tina talked to Doug in regards to joining. Chrissy and Craig will be attending the next meeting to coordinate our efforts with 9HOGS and the PLP.
