Called to Order: 10:30 a.m.

Pennies for PLP: PLP has not contacted anyone from OWOW regarding donation space at Sunfest. Spider, being part of PLP, explained that PLP was under the assumption that OWOW had given permission for the table. Spider will act as the liaison between OWOW and PLP regarding this issue. Their intention is to have a silent auction and penny jars set up at a table. They will provide their own supplies for the table. All members approved the table and OWOW will not charge the vendor fee as PLP will not be vending anything. They are fundraising.

Houses: Dancing Dragons is now an official voting House on the Board of OWOW. Nono has requested an additional month to determine if she will be requesting sponsorship for the board. Spider will also request an additional month as she and Nono are intending on being a joined House. Apollo 77 is willing to sponsor this House if they so choose to continue with OWOW.

Registration: We currently have 36 persons registered for Sunfest, and two requests for work exchange. We deposited almost $1400; this covers the amount paid for the mailing we did to advertise for Sunfest. All registrants are postdated prior to the current issue of Open Ways.

Jay Buckingham: Replied to the letter sent regarding his check that was not deposited from last years Sunfest. He sent in $200 to cover his requested amount of $118.00

Melinda Hunt: Group discussion of safety concerns surrounding attendance of this person to this years festival. All agreed not to allow attendance of this household for Sunfest. Secretary to draft letter and send refund check.

Quartermaster: Apollo 77 to rent truck to transport festival items to Silver Falls. Brian to purchase $200 worth of metal tiki torches. We will engrave them with OWOW and label them with tape so they are visibly marked as OWOW property.
