Called to Order: 1:15 p.m.

Treasurer/Taxes: Working on budget. Requested debit card/check card.

Vests: Chateau NoNo brought picture of vests. Orange to be order, quantity of 30 when debit card comes.

Lifeguard: Standing Stones found a person to give personal class for $175 to qualify Jamie. All agree on price. Laura to follow up on scheduling class for Jamie.

Childcare: Per Washington State law, OWOW can't hire childcare; we can however reimburse individual board members for childcare services during festival. All agree that childcare provider received free entry, and $50 cash to cover time.

Website: George's roommate Pakrat to work on website and will update it with Sunfest information.

Spiretech: Website bill, all agree to payment.

Ritual: To be worked on during Beltane weekend.

Sunfest: Work parties to be scheduled.

Next meeting: Sunday May 15th, 1:00 p.m., Dancing Dragons, Bring munchies
